All sales are final and no refunds to the original payment method shall be given. Any balance paid shall be applied to customers' account or given as credit for future use so long as your order has not been fulfilled. Due to the custom nature of our products and orders being printed to order we do not offer refund credits unless incorrect/damaged items were delivered.
Order Cancellation Policy
Please review your order thoroughly before placing as we DO NOT offer order cancellation. Our team sends them to the print warehouse quickly (matter of minutes) and we can’t cancel once this is done.
Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns nor returns for refunds. Products delivered that are damaged/wrong/missing are possibly eligible for replacement if they meet the criteria in our claim form. Please refer to that section below.
Sale and Promotional Item Conditions
We do not allow the combination of sale, discount, rewards or promotional items. This means you are only allowed to use ONE at a time. In order for a sale/discount/promotion to apply, you must meet the conditions for the order. For example, if a sale is buy 5 sheets get 25% off your order, you must purchase the 5 sheets all on ONE order. We CAN NOT combine, cancel, or change orders that have already been placed in order to get the sale price. The current sale during the week is valid Wednesday 12:00 AM and changed out on Tuesday nights at 11:59 PM EST. Items placed in your cart but not purchased before the end of the sale do not qualify for the sale price. Wrong/Missing/Damaged Product Received
Please inspect your order and contact us immediately within 2 DAYS of receiving the item if there are ANY issues so we can evaluate the situation. If you do not contact us within those first 2 days of receiving the item, we can NOT process a replacement. Please visit out form at the link below and review the requirements. The "Damaged/Wrong/Missing Items" form is processed within 48-72hrs and we will contact you back via email. Thank you!
